It was a great hotel. The room had a small kitchen area, table, desk, pull out couch, chair, king size bed, big closet, good size bathroom. Smelled like every other chain hotel, slightly musty. We planned on going to the indoor pool but it never came to fruition. The staff were kind. The continental breakfast was surprisingly clean well organized and good. Very decent selection from Greek yogurt, prepackaged hardboiled eggs, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausage, toast, bagel, English muffins, cereal, waffle station, juice, coffee, and a nice spread of toppings like cheddar cheese, walnuts, pumpkin seeds ECT. Parking is where they get you. $35 a day. Overall I would stay here again. The location is great, very walkable to tourist areas within Old Port
Beautiful studio room. Large space with kitchenette. Clean clean clean! Looked freshly renovated. Breakfast was GREAT! Waffle machines, fresh buffet, and lots of choices for a hearty meal.
We have stayed at this property five times over the past year —everything is always spotless, well organized, and welcoming. What really stood out for us was that all staff are friendly and professional. Every staff person ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we were genuinely cared for.
I would like to thank Mackenzie for a wonderful stay. She was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful. This year it was better than last year. The bed was more comfortable this year. We blocked this hotel for wedding guests for a destination wedding. The staff were amazing—so friendly and professional. The front desk receptionist was named Bean and she was absolutely outstanding. Such an upbeat and caring personality and even listed all the great places on a map to get lobster and oysters. She would always greet us with a big smile and infectious personality. Alex was guest services behind the scenes and helped us with the block reservations, printing last minute wedding items and ensured we had great service and time. I can’t say enuf about both of them. We will certainly be back and stay at this great hotel. Rooms were great and spacey. The fire pit is a nice touch after a long day to chill with friends and family. Kids loved the heated pool. The breakfast buffet was very good also. Nice variety of food for all ages.
Excellent location, close to everything in Portland. 2 minute walk and you are on the waterfront. Rooms was outstanding. Breakfast buffet with lots of options. MacKenzie at the front desk offered tremendous service and was very helpful. Wonderful dog friendly hotel, that our 5 year old mini Doodle found comfort at during our stay.
